• If you choose to use a forwarding service, please be aware that Kawaii Stop’s responsibility ends once your order is delivered to the address provided at checkout (the shipping address you enter when placing your order).

• Any issues, loss, or damage that occur after delivery to the forwarding service are not covered by our shipping protection (Kawaii Shield) or standard policies.
