How do I request a refund?

To request a refund from Kawaii Stop, please follow these steps:



  1. Log in to Your Account:
    Visit the Kawaii Stop website and sign in to your account.

  2. Find Your Order:
    Locate the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.

  3. Initiate the Return:
    Start the return process from your order page and fill in all required information.

    • Make sure your item is eligible for return (unused, in original packaging, and not a non-returnable product).

  4. Ship the Item Back:
    If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package.

    • Return shipping is your responsibility.

  5. Inspection and Refund:
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus any applicable fees (such as restocking or shipping fees).


Important Notes:

  • Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of original shipping/handling costs.

  • Cosplays, made-to-order, and other non-returnable items are not eligible for refunds except in cases of manufacturer error.

  • For items protected by Kawaii Shield (lost, damaged, or stolen), file a claim within the required timeframes for a resolution.
