Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Kawaii Stop processes orders as soon as they are received to ensure fast delivery times for our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to cancel your order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 30 minutes of placing your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed and shipped.
If you do receive the package and still wish to cancel the order, you must return the item(s) to us in its original packaging and unused condition. Once we receive the package, we will process a refund for the order amount, minus any shipping costs. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
It is important to note that we are unable to offer refunds until we have received the original package back. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation of an order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
