At Kawaii Stop, we want you to love your purchase! Here’s how our return policy works:
Return Window: You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not listed as non-returnable.
Some items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
Cosplays/costumes
Made-to-order items
Lingerie, swimwear, leggings, health & beauty products
Clearance items and other products labeled as non-returnable
How to Start a Return:
Log in to your account and find your order.
Initiate the return request and fill in all required info.
Confirm product eligibility for return.
Ship the item back (return shipping is your responsibility).
Fees:
Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
For orders with free shipping, a flat $2.99 will be deducted.
Non-Returnable Items:
Cosplays/costumes, made-to-order, pre-orders, adult/health/beauty, intimates, and certain accessories are not returnable unless there is a manufacturer sizing error.
Kawaii Shield Protection:
If you purchased Kawaii Shield, your order is covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. File a claim within the designated timeframes for resolution.
Note: Refunds will not be offered for customer sizing mistakes, changes of mind, or late delivery issues. Items must follow the sizing chart provided; handmade items may vary by 1-3 cm.
