Kawaii Stop Return Policy:


We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.


Return Eligibility:


The item must be unopened and unused and in its original packaging.

All tags must be attached to the item, as tags that are removed render the item ineligible for return.

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and cannot be waived.

We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was opened, used (tags removed), damaged, altered, modified, returned more than 15 days after delivery, the wrong size ordered, changed mind about a product, or low-cost non-trackable orders.


Hygiene Products and Special Orders:


We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that are of a hygienic nature or made-to-order items. This includes lingerie, swimwear, bento boxes, and cosplay items, which are all final sale. Please contact us before making any purchases if you have any questions about sizing or quality.


Low-Cost Items:


We offer free shipping on all orders, including low-cost items. However, items under $20 may not have tracking information available once they have been received in their destination country. If you have concerns about this, you can upgrade to Kawaii Express Shipping.


Please note that these lower-cost items are non-returnable for a refund. However, we offer a 3-month grace period during which we can reship the item if it has not been received.
