How do I exchange an item I received from Kawaii Stop?

To exchange an item from Kawaii Stop, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of delivery. You can use the "Contact Us" page on our website to request an RMA number for the exchange. Once you have received the RMA number, please pack the item securely and include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.


You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any price difference for the exchange. If the exchange is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs and ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.


Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on certain items, including those that are made-to-order or of a hygienic nature. We also cannot accept exchanges on low-cost/non-trackable items, as these items are non-refundable.
