How do I exchange an item I received from Kawaii Stop?

Kawaii Stop does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please follow these steps:

1. Return the Original Item:

   • Initiate a return for the item you no longer want by logging in to your account and following the return process.

   • Make sure the item is unused, in its original packaging, and eligible for return (some items, such as cosplays, made-to-order, lingerie, and others, are non-returnable).

2. Place a New Order:

• Once your return is processed and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Important notes:

• Return shipping is your responsibility.

• Eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and deduction of any original shipping or handling costs.

• Refunds are not given for sizing errors or change of mind, and some products cannot be returned (see our full return policy for details).
