What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If you purchased Kawaii Shield:



  • Your order is covered for lost, stolen, or damaged packages!

    • Lost Package: File a claim within 30 days (domestic) or 60 days (international) of your shipping date.

    • Stolen Package (“porch piracy”): File a claim within 7 days if your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it.

    • Damaged Package: File a claim within 7 days of delivery.

  • Claims are handled directly by Kawaii Stop. If approved, we’ll reship your items or issue a refund promptly.


If you did not purchase Kawaii Shield:

  • Please contact our support team at [email protected] or 1-855-529-2441.

  • While standard orders are not automatically covered for lost or stolen packages, we will do our best to assist and investigate with the carrier.


Note:

  • Kawaii Shield does not cover packages lost or stolen due to incorrect addresses or after successful delivery to a third-party shipping service.
