What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support team immediately at [email protected] or through our contact page at https://kawaiistop.com/contact-us/.


If the package is lost during transit, we will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and wait for the allotted timeframe for the investigation to conclude. If the package is not found or recovered after the investigation, we can reship your order or issue a refund, depending on your preference.


If the package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your neighbors, building manager, or the local post office to see if it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address. If the package is still missing, we will work with you to file a claim with the shipping carrier and resend the package.


If the package was stolen, we require a copy of the police report before we can reship the order. Please file a police report and send us a copy, and we will assist you in reshipping your order.
