How does Kawaii Stop handle returns for international orders?

We accept returns for international orders within 15 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs or import duties that may be charged on the return package. Here are the steps for initiating a return:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
3. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return, including the address to send the package to
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include any accessories or documentation that came with it
5. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method. Make sure to obtain a tracking number and keep it for your records
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, minus any shipping and handling fees
