How does Kawaii Stop handle returns for international orders?

International orders are eligible for return under the same guidelines as domestic orders:



  • Return Window: You must initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not listed as non-returnable (such as cosplays, made-to-order, lingerie, and other excluded items).

  • Return Shipping:

    • Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

    • Ship your eligible item(s) to our returns office in Chicago, Illinois (address provided after your return request is approved).

  • Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees (restocking, original shipping, customs, etc.).


Important Notes:

  • Some items, like cosplays, made-to-order, and clearance products, are not eligible for return or refund, even for international orders.

  • Refunds will not be given for customer sizing errors, late delivery, or change-of-mind returns.

  • If your order was protected by Kawaii Shield, you are covered for lost, damaged, or stolen packages—file a claim within the timeframes provided for international orders.
