How does Kawaii Stop handle returns for international orders?

International orders are eligible for return under the same guidelines as domestic orders:
Return Window: You must initiate a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not listed as non-returnable (such as cosplays, made-to-order, lingerie, and other excluded items).
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Ship your eligible item(s) to our returns office in Chicago, Illinois (address provided after your return request is approved).
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees (restocking, original shipping, customs, etc.).
Important Notes:
Some items, like cosplays, made-to-order, and clearance products, are not eligible for return or refund, even for international orders.
Refunds will not be given for customer sizing errors, late delivery, or change-of-mind returns.
If your order was protected by Kawaii Shield, you are covered for lost, damaged, or stolen packages—file a claim within the timeframes provided for international orders.
