An order may be marked as “undeliverable” or “returned to sender” for several common reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address:
If the address provided at checkout was missing information or contained errors, the carrier may not be able to deliver your package.Unclaimed package:
If no one was available to receive the delivery, or if the carrier attempted delivery multiple times without success, the package may be returned.Refused delivery:
If the package was refused at the delivery address, it will be destroyed by the provider.Customs or import issues (international orders):
If required import duties or fees are not paid, or customs cannot clear your item, the order may be returned.
