Why was my order marked undeliverable or returned to sender?

An order may be marked as “undeliverable” or “returned to sender” for several common reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address:
If the address provided at checkout was missing information or contained errors, the carrier may not be able to deliver your package.

  • Unclaimed package:
If no one was available to receive the delivery, or if the carrier attempted delivery multiple times without success, the package may be returned.

  • Refused delivery:
If the package was refused at the delivery address, it will be destroyed by the provider.

  • Customs or import issues (international orders):
If required import duties or fees are not paid, or customs cannot clear your item, the order may be returned.

What happens next?

  • When a package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to confirm your shipping information.

  • Reshipping fees and additional charges may apply to send the package again.

  • Original shipping fees, import duties, and Kawaii Shield coverage are non-refundable.

If you have questions about your returned package or need to update your address, contact us at [email protected] or 1-855-529-2441 for help!
