What should I do if my order is marked as delivered, but I never received it?

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

1. Double-check your surroundings:
   Sometimes packages are placed in a hidden spot, mailbox, porch, or with neighbors. Please check thoroughly.

2. Allow a little extra time:
   Occasionally, carriers may mark an order as delivered a few hours before it actually arrives.

3. If your package is still missing:

• With Kawaii Shield:
  If you purchased Kawaii Shield shipping protection, you are covered for “porch piracy” (packages marked delivered but not received). File a claim with Kawaii Stop within 7 days of the delivery date for a prompt resolution.

• Without Kawaii Shield:
  Contact our support team as soon as possible. While standard orders aren’t covered for stolen packages, we’ll do our best to assist you.
