What if I received a damaged or defective item?

If you receive a damaged or defective item from Kawaii Stop, we’re here to help!


If you purchased Kawaii Shield:

  • Your order is protected against damaged goods.

  • File a claim: Submit your claim with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a prompt replacement or refund.


If you did NOT purchase Kawaii Shield:
  • If the damage or defect is due to a manufacturer or fulfillment error, contact us within 4 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos or videos of the item and packaging.

  • We’ll review your case and provide a return label if eligible. Standard return process and inspection will apply.


Important notes:

  • Claims must be made within the specified timeframes.

  • Minor cosmetic variations or issues due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging for any approved return or refund.
