If you receive a damaged or defective item from Kawaii Stop, we’re here to help!
Your order is protected against damaged goods.
File a claim: Submit your claim with photos of the item and packaging within 7 days of delivery for a prompt replacement or refund.
If the damage or defect is due to a manufacturer or fulfillment error, contact us within 4 days of delivery at [email protected] with photos or videos of the item and packaging.
We’ll review your case and provide a return label if eligible. Standard return process and inspection will apply.
Important notes:
Claims must be made within the specified timeframes.
Minor cosmetic variations or issues due to customer handling are not eligible for return or refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging for any approved return or refund.
