If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact Kawaii Stop customer support immediately via the contact us page or live chat. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


In most cases, we will request photos of the damaged or defective item to better understand the issue. Once we have reviewed the photos, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
